Hidden parts in a DVD copied into a computer, how to access them?

I recently got the System, which is a DVD and it has some hidden material on it. It is obvious that one .VOB file is about 1 gb, whereas the quality of the video is crappy and its not very long. Now its publicly known that there are hidden files on the DVD, its just a matter of finding them. So, I have these .VOB files on my computer, how do I view the hidden clips, chapters, or video sections?
