I look for another better and professional AVI to VOB converter.Any help?

I Google for AVI to VOB converter, hundreds of thousands results pops up, making me busy in reading them one by one. And then I found out that most AVI to VOB converter works very alike: add the AVI files you want to convert to VOB first into the converter, select solution settings, locate output folder, and last is to press "start now" to start conversion and wait for the finish. Since I wanted an AVI to VOB converter in a rush, so I casually selected one. In the first place, the simple and cheap AVI to VOB converter, which is just competent on performing the process I mentioned above, really did a great job for me; but as I growing into an experienced user, I found my demand for other converter function were also growing: I need to trim off an AVI segment and then convert it to VOB to save my time, I need to convert several AVI files to VOB at the same time, I need to customize output setting to adjust the frame rate, bit rate or the size for my portable devices. Then I look for another better and professional AVI to VOB converter.Any help?
