Anyone know a site where I can download a vob converter for free?

I have been searching so hard to find the perfect dvd program that does not have a trial to it but I couldn't find any then I found one that converts to vob and goes on the dvd but it had watermark and only converts 5 minutes of the video. I decided to keep that program and just get a vob converter but I don't know where to find any free programs. Can you help me?
